It is finally Friday!  Did this week drag on, or what?

After work I went straight to the nail salon to get my nails done.  After that I had to run by JoAnn's so that I could find the final part of Hylari's friends birthday present.  Hylari and her friend both love drawing Manga characters (Japanese cartoon characters) so I was looking for a Manga drawing kit.  I had been to Hobby Lobby on my lunch hour and found one but as I was standing in line to pay I noticed several pieces of the art set were missing and that was the only one they had so I told the lady I didn't want to buy it.  So I was off to JoAnn's to see if they had one there and unfortunately left there empty handed.  I then drove down to Barnes and Noble and found a book with over 500 characters in it and although it was a little more pricier than I wanted to spend I think she will be very happy with it....especially since when I got it home Hylari told me she loved it and wanted one too.  I had called my husband to let him know I was going to B&N and would be home after that. While I was on the phone with him my cell phone died.  I have been having problems with it lately and had exchanged the battery earlier during the day with a co worker who had a spare one thinking that would fix the problem.  Apparently after my cell phone died my sister had been trying to call me while I was out because she made ham and beans for dinner and wanted to send some over to my husband because he loves that meal.  She was trying to catch me while I was at Barnes and Noble because I would have to drive past her house to get to my house when I left from there. So needless to say as soon as I get home we all load back up in my truck to go back the same way I just came from in order to go to my sisters.  We stayed for a little bit to visit since we had not seen them in a little while.  Then it was back home to get Hylari's homework finished up, shower, and in to bed.  And after all that ..... we never got to tackle the project that was slated for the night....finishing up the vinyl tiles.

My husband stayed home from work today.  I think his sinus infection has finally got to the best of him.  He has not been able to wear his sleep apnea mask all week long because of the stuffy nose which means he is not sleeping well.  I kind of feel like I may be coming down with something too so I am taking my vitamin C's.  AJ has a basketball game and pictures tomorrow morning.  Mike has to work tonight so we will go pick him up after AJ's game.  Hylari has to be picked up from her party by 1:00 and then has another party at 1:00 on Sunday.  I may try to get the bathroom Kilz'd this weekend. My husband was talking the other day that once he gets the wainscoting up in the kitchen he would like to start the complete upstairs bathroom remodel.  Because of his track record in getting projects completed it makes me very nervous to have a room like our main bathroom down for such a long period of time.  We have a second bathroom that has a shower but my husband has not installed the new shower door in there yet.  That shower has not been used in years since he started that remodel so who knows if it will even work right!  I would really LOVE to get all these things done.  I just don't want them started and then worked on for a couple hours every 2-3 months like the past projects have been.

Have an absolutely FABULOUS weekend!

Hi, Sami!
We had to replace Norm's cell phone yesterday s well. I spent last night and part of this morning programing phone numbers back in because they could not get that to work on his old phone. I managed to see some of them on his phone before it completely died but we had to look a lot up.
